IISER is sort name of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram. It is dedicated to research project and science learning of external standards.
Launched in 2008 via the Govt of India, at some stage in the Ministry of Human Resource Development, founded on the testimonial of Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, IISER-TVM is an independent campus granting 5th year incorporated MS level in gain to Ph.D level in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and inter-disciplinary felid. The emphasis will be to grow a spirit of research cutting across disciplines from the origin itself.
