Introduction

The Amendment made to the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act 1981 and the TN Municipal Corporation (Regularization of Unauthorized and varied Development and construction of constructing) Rules 2002, stands quashed.
The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981 in every constructing possessed or engaged by the Government or a legal body or a company or an institution owned or controlled by the Government, rain water harvesting structure shall be provided by the Government or by such statutory body or company or other institution, as the case may be, in such manner and within such time as may be dictated.
