CIPET 2011 M.Tech Admissions Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology
Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology (CIPET) carries on an admission process for admission to its Post Graduate courses. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is a common admission test for the candidates looking for admission for M.Tech Courses. It is conducted by CIPET corporate during the month of July every year. Selection will be based on the marks secured by the candidate in JEE and the previous academic performance and as per norms of affiliating university.

Eligibility criteria:
For M.Tech (Plastic Engineering/Technology):
Candidate passed with good percentage in B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (4 Years) in Mechanical/Chemical/Production/Polymer/Tool Engineering or M.Sc. in Polymer Science/Chemistry with specialization in polymer
For M.Tech (Nanotechnology):
Candidate passed with good percentage in B.E./B.Tech (4 Years) in Plastics engineering/Technology/Polymer/Chemical /Mechanical/M.Sc in Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science/Physics/Chemistry
For M.Tech (CAD/CAM/CAE):
Candidate passed with good percentage in B.E. /B.Tech.(4 Years) in Mechanical/Production/Plastics/Polymer Technology/Engineering/Tool Engineering/Aeronautics/Automobile/Mechatronics.
Application Forms:
The forms will be available from all the CIPET centers directly or by post. Those obtaining the form by post should send the completed application form with a demand draft along with a self addressed envelope.
How to apply
Application form can be obtained by cash from all CIPET centers against payment of prescribed fees in cash or draft in the favor of “CIPET CORPORATE” in any nationalized bank payable at Chennai

i want to know that if some one has completed his own BE from correspondence or private then is he eligible for M Tech??

I complited Bsc. chemistry and PGD-PPT in CIPET. I want MTec in PE.
Is there any GAET for MTec in PE ?
