CETPGMC 2011 Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute Entrance Exam
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences is an innovator in rendering health care services in the rural areas of India. Built up on the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi, MGIMS has moved the path of progress since it rolled out the first batch of MBBS graduates in 1969. The admission to the MBBS course of Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences is done on the basis of an entrance test. The Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences is inviting application for its new academic session 2011-2012 for MBBS degree, other related details are given below:-

Eligibility:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized board. The candidate must have attained 17 years of age and must be permanent resident of the state.
Pattern of Test:
The papers of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics would be multiple-choice questions and paper of Gandhian Thought is of essay /or short answer type. The final selection is made on the basis of merit in the Entrance Examination.
Application Procedure:
Application form can be got from the office of the Dean, by remitting the requisite a fee sending by Money order in favor of the Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Distt.:-Wardha – 442102 or can be got by paying a cash amount from the College counter. Candidates have to write their full address in capital letters and phone number on the “space for Communication” and the “space for sender’s address” on the money order form.

Date of Issuing Forms: 1st week of December, 2010.
Last date of receipt of forms: Last date of receipt of forms: End of February, 2011 (with Late Fees the forms could be submitted till 2nd week March, 2011).
Date of Entrance Exam: 3rd week of April, 2011
