Centre For Development Of Telematics C-DOT

C- DOT (Center for Development of Telematics) was established in August 1984 through the government of India. C- DOT has been afforded total flexibleness and full authority to grow telecommunication technology of a world-class standard that will meet the telecommunication network needs of India. The initial work of C- DOT in 1984 was to objective and grow exchanges that are digital and also to advocate their manufacture on a large scale by the Indian industry. The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) is the Telecom Technology developments centre of the Government of India several intelligent software applications.

C-DOT Provides solutions for current and future requirements of telecommunication and converged networks letting in those commanded for rural applications. A pioneer and a nation-builder, C-DOT was the first to realize the importance of rural telecommunications and directed its R&D efforts towards it.
