Central University of Gujarat 2011 Entrance Exam
Central University of Gujarat located in Gandhinagar has called for applications for admission for the year 2011-12 into the courses given below. University will take entrance examination for admission to full time program at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat and Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria MA program:-
Bachelor degree (10+2+3) with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). Those completing final examination of bachelor’s degree by June 2011 can also apply for provisional admission.
Eligibility Criteria M.Phil program:-
Master degree (10+2+3) with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). Those completing final examination of bachelor’s degree by June 2011 can also apply for provisional admission.
Eligibility Doctorate:
For admission in PhD Philosophy an applicant should have a Masters degree in Philosophy with minimum 60% marks. Applicants with a Bachelor degree in Philosophy or Master Degree in Philosophy or any appropriate discipline with a minimum of 75% marks and sufficient experience and publications are also considered.
How to Apply
The application form can be downloaded from the official website and can be got by sending a request letter along with a DD of prescribed application form fees. After filling the application form, applicant can submit application along with all essential enclosures and Fee through DD to admission office of institute before the last date of Receipt application form.
Selection Process
The Selection of the Candidate is based on Personal interview and written admission test. The Selection of the candidate is also based on the rules and regulation of the Central University of Gujarat.
