The Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages being a National Institute furnish higher education in English and other Foreign Languages in India. It operates the purposes of Educational Media Research Centre, CIEFL (Hyderabad) which came into existence in 1985. Now Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages enjoys the position of constituting the only university in India, committed entirely to the study of English and foreign languages.
The institute has the intention to create quality more eminent teaching approachable to students of small and outside places employing the quickly elaborating television network in the nation. It is the only university in India committed to learning and teaching of English and other foreign languages. It provides courses in English, Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. There are 3 wings of CIEFL settled at Hyderabad, Lucknow and Shillong.

i am b.tech student im interested to learn spokenenglish.so i want know any spoken english classes for me?there any certificate for the classes which i have learnt?
