CENTAC JET Exam is managed or control by the Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC), Government of Pondcherry. It is popularly known as the Centralized Admission Committee Joint Entrance Test. Centralized Admission Committee Joint Entrance Test is organized for admission into the first year of BTech and any other degree courses offered at the various government sponsored colleges. Eligibility for CENTAC JET 2011
Different programme have different eligibility conditions. So candidates are advised to go through properly the eligibility condition required for the courses to which they are seeking admission.

Availability of Application Form: Last week of April, 2011
Last date of submitting completed Application Form: Mid of June, 2011
Application Forms:
Application forms 2011 will be available directly from the CENTAC or through sending a DD along with the request for form.
How to apply
Application forms can also be obtained by post by sending a request to the convenor, CENTAC, Pondcherry engineering college campus, Puducherry-605014 along with two self addressed slips and a crossed demand draft drawn in favour of the convenor, CENTAC payable at Puducherry-605014
Examination Pattern for CENTAC JET 2011
CENTAC JET exam comprises of objective type multiple choices, and questions are based in the following grounds – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology (Zoology & Botany). Candidates appear in a different combination of subjects according to their preferred field.
