CENTAC 2011 M Tech Entrance Exam
CENTAC (Pondichery Centralized Admission Committee) called for Applications for admission to the 1st year Post Graduate programme (M.Tech.) 2011 provided through Pondicherry Engineering College and Govt quota seats in M.Tech., provided through private self funding colleges for the academic year 2011.
Eligibility: Details are available in the Information Bulletin.
Age Limit: No age limit is require
Admission Procedure for CENTAC M.Tech.: Admission to M.Tech. Programmes will be supported only on the GATE score. If enough number of GATE eligible examinees is not available, the lapsed seats will be filled through the Non-GATE examinees supported on the performance in an Entrance Test to be directed through the CENTAC-PG. For self financing courses admission shall be based on merit in the Entrance Test directed through CENTAC –PG.

2nd week of July, 2011 is the date for Entrance Test

Application Forms and Fees: Application forms can also be transferred and referred along with crossed DD for prescribed fees drawn in favor of the Convenor, CENTAC-PG, and MCA & MBA payable at Puducherry.
Application Procedure for Entrance Test and Admission: CENTAC – M.Tech. Application forms and Information Brochure can be obtained from Office of PEC Credit Society, Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry-605014, in person on whole working days on or on payment of fees. Application forms can also be received through post through sending a request to The Convenor, CENTAC-PG,MCA&MBA Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry-605014, along with two self-addressed slips and a crossed DD prescribed fees, drawn in favor of The Convenor, CENTAC- PG,MCA&MBA payable at Puducherry. Payment by cheques, postal orders and money orders will not be received. Filled-in Application forms along with whole needed enclosures should be sent in the official envelope to ‘The Convenor, Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC-PG MCA & MBA), Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry – 605 014, so as to reach latest.

Sir,
I am doing the last session of AMIE. I wish to know the minimum 55 % of marks to get into M Tech (ACT) is the total of sec ‘ A’ & sec ‘B’ of AMIE or 55% of mark in each sec.
