CDAC Entrance Exam 2011 Centre for Development of Advanced Computing
Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Noida (CDAC-Noida) takes an entrance examination for admission to its Post Graduate Diploma in systems and Database Administration (PGDSDA) course. CDAC Noida is part of Centre for Development of Advanced Computing which is a Scientific Society of the division of Information Technology, Government of India. CDAC Noida was founded in 1994. It renders a number of degree and certificate courses in Information technology and allied fields. CDAC-Noida is inviting application for its new academic session 2011-2012 for PGDSDA degree, other related details are given below:-
Course: – Post Graduate Diploma in systems and Database Administration (PGDSDA)
Duration: – Course is a six months (24 weeks)
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/ Electrical/Electronics and Instrumentation/ Electrical and Electronics AMIE, MCA, MCM with BSc., MBA(IT, Systems), M.Sc in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics and communication, Those in their final year of qualifying examination can also apply.
Important Dates (Tentative):
Last Date for submission of Application Forms: February 4th week, 2010
Date of Entrance Examination: March 1st week, 2010
Commencement of Program: March 2nd week, 2010
How to Apply:
Candidates needed to apply online by the website www.cdacnoida.in. Payment may be done by DD or Non Electronic fund Transfer (NEFT). Candidates must send the DD along with attested copies of mark sheets and certificates.
Pattern of Examination:
The whole exam will be online. It will be of 2 hours duration comprising of 100 multiple choice questions divides as follows:
General Aptitude: 20 questions
Computer Fundamentals: 40 questions
Networking Fundamentals: 40 questions
