CART 2011 Common Admission Retail Test
Retailers Association of India will be conducting the Common Admission Retail Test (CART) on a national basis from in March 2011 on distributed base for admission to the RAI’s Postgraduate Program in Retail Management (PGPRM) extended in seventeen institutes presently RAI has tied up with. The aim of the test is to evaluate the candidate’s aptitude for retail management education, including Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Consumer Comprehension. It would be contained in 32 centers throughout India.
CART 2011 Eligibility
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree of any legal university with minimum 50% marks. Students who are in their final year of bachelor’s degree education may also apply.
How to Apply
The CART application forms will be available at retail stores of Rai member organizations such as retail outlets of Shoppers’ Stop, Croma, Vishal Mega Marg, Viveks, Landmark, Bookstores, Odyssey, Bookstores, Big Bazaar, Crossword Bookstores and Kirtilals. The application forms will also be available at Career Launcher Centers, PT Education Centre and select branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank from 1st week of March 2011. CART application forms are also available online.
Centers
The examination will be take place in 2011 at over 32 centers disseminated throughout India. The CART application forms will be available at retail stores of Rai member organizations.
Selection process:
Candidates will be shortlisted on the base of their CART 2011marks. The shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection procedure dwelling of a Personal Interview & Group Discussion after which the final selections are made.
