Bioinformatics National Certification BINC Examination
BioInformatics National Certification (BINC) Examination will be carried on 20-21 February 2010.
The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India has instituted this examination with an aim of certifying Bioinformatics professionals and to help industries and potential employers for recruitment. University of Pune has been named as a nodal agency by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India to coordinate this examination along with six centres namely, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; Anna University, Chennai; West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata; Institute of Bioinformatics & Applied Biotechnology, Bangalore; North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong and University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad.
