BIHER Admissions 2011 Bharat Institute of Higher Education and Research
BIST was started in the year 1984, and gained deemed to be University status in the year 2003 by University Grants Commission (UGC). The institute is associated to the Bharath University which is among the popular universities of India. The institute is taking an entrance exam TNEA 2011 for offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs to the applicants. Presently it provides courses like B.Tech in Automobile, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science and Engineering, Industrial Bio-Technology, Mechatronics, and B.Arch – Architecture. It also offers M.Tech. MBA, MCA and Ph.D programs,
Eligibility
The candidates have to secure at least 50% marks in 10+2 exams.
Application procedure:
The application form along with course catalog can be got in person from the University Admission Office or Corporate Office on cash payment or by post by sending Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research”, payable at Chennai. The application form can also be downloaded from the website: www.bharathuniv.com.
Admission Procedure:
The candidates have to give a Common Entrance Test in order to get admission in the various undergraduate courses.
Selection procedure
The candidates utilizing for the postgraduate courses have to qualify an entrance exam along with a GD and personal interview took by the institute. The candidates also have to get the rank in Tamilnadu TNEA to secure their admission in the college.
