Banaras Hindu University (BHU) advises for the sale of application forms and related data news letter for admission to various Under Graduate & Post Graduate courses and Special Courses of Study (Diploma & Certificate) in the Session 2010-2011.
Application form
Application form can be either downloaded from BHU or IMS websites free of cost (www.bhu.ac.in/ www.imsbhu.nic.in) or can be obtained from the office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U. Varanasi-221005
Eligibility
Qualification: Passed intermediate, 10+2 or tantamount examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together, (i) for MBBS/BDS/BAMS – a minimum of 50% for General, OBC and respective PC candidate and 40% aggregate marks for SC/ST and respective PC candidates,
Age: Completed 17 years but not crossed 25 years as on 31st December, 2010 (Candidates born after 1st January, 1994 and on or before 31st December 1985 need not apply)

Commencement of Sale of Forms: 15-02-2010,
Last Date for Receipt of Postal Requisition for Forms: 26-02-2010,
Sale of Forms from Counter: 17-03-2010,
Receipt of Completed Forms by hand or post (without late fee): 10-03-2010,
Receipt of Completed Forms by hand or post (with late fee): 17-03-2010.
