Bharat Refractories Limited (BRL), a Public Sector contracting, below the Ministry of Steel was originally incorporated as a subsidiary company of Boar Steel Limited on July, to run Bhandariah Refractories Plant (Burp) which was earlier acquired by Govt. of India in and placed under the management of Board Steeel Limited.
