Avinashilingam University for Women was in the first place a part of University of Madras and in June 1987 this institution got its classify identicalness. Eligibility:
Candidate of the pass in +2 or its equivalent. A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Programmes Offered in Post Graduate Level (M.E)., Computer Science and Engineering, Food Technology.

Application forms and prospectus will be available at the Avinashilingam University Office at Coimbatore – 641 043 on payment of Rs.500/- by cash or by post by sending a request to the Registrar along with a DD for Rs.550/- payable at Coimbatore in favour of “The Registrar, Avinashilingam University for Women” or can be downloaded from the website www.avinuty.ac.in and www.aduengg.com.
