I would like to know when the ACS/APS exam will held since the first ad was given on feb/2009 & vacancies were increased two times after that… it is almost 20 months…

why on earth apsc gave ad for acs & allied services in feb/09 despite the fact that high court cancelled the previous list(acs2006)? Is it a deliberate move by apsc to stop the crying of eligible candidates who couldnt qualify?apsc increased the vacancy twice in may/09 & dec/09 untill 2006 final list cleared by high court .. are they trying to stop the petitions by eligible candidates…if there is any court case pending why they take so much time to do the procedures to get it cleared..it takes alot of time to clear such a coveted exam for a candidate…why they dont conduct the exam soon even after 21 months of first ad..apsc is a constitutional body & it a respectable institution…….
