i had cleared my hslc exams 7 years back but didn’t receive my passing certificate due to some unavoidable circumstances . now, i need it to apply for a job. is it possible to get a duplicate certificate from secondary education board of assam. also, I have heard one needs to lodge a fir in order get the certificate but in my case i have neither lost my certificate nor was it destroyed. please guide me in this matter .

I passed my HSLC exam from Namrup in 1986. I have lost my original certificate. Wish to know how to get a duplicate certificate.
