Archery Association of India AAI

The Archery Association of India (AAI) is the fundamental body for the advancement and direction of archery in India. Also encouraging the sport in India, the AAI has been heading efforts to generalize the game in the Asiatic region and is one of the collapse members of the Asian Archery affiliation.
In 1973, the AAI carried the first National Meet under FITA rules in New Delhi in which more than 50 archers entered. Since then the sport of archery has been becoming from force to force, thank you to the avid attempts of the AAI.

In 2001-2002, in an attempt to shake off the dominating doldrums in Indian archery, the Archery affiliation of India decided to do off with the National bivouac system and advocate the individual honorary society and SAI centers to take up the mantle of training the archers.

The first step has paid rich numbers as the new bunch of children is making it big in the external degree and adding laurels for the area. AAI – Aims and objects To coordinate, advocate, promote and control the Sport of sport in India. To allow for facilities for aiming and forcible does in the boast of Archery and to deliver fiscal aid to both individuals and establishments for the advancement of this aiming.
