Abstract
The judgment of Preterm Infants’ Behavior (APIB) is a newborn neurobehavioral assessment appropriate for preterm, at danger, and full-term newborns, from birth to 1 month later on anticipated due date. The APIB is based in ethological-evolutionary conceived and focuses on the assessment of mutually acting behavioral systems in simultaneous interaction with the nature. The systems of running assessed admit the autonomic (respiration, digestion, color), motor (tone, movement, postures), state farms (range, robustness, transition patterns)

The Facility comprises one instruct room along with a seating capacity of 40 individuals, one break-out room and a living room for group debates.
The APIB actively includes itself with all subjects concerning health and safety.
Through it’s participation in recognized degree and vocational courses the APIB plays a heading role in the education of structure professionals in the Asian countries and overseas, and works closely on the industry in encouraging the construction industry.
