ANIIDCO Port Blair
Andaman and NICO bar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) were integrated on 28th June 1988 below the Companies Act 1956 for rapid economic development of the Islands. The principal target of the corporation is to develop and commercially exploit the raw resources for the balanced and natural world friendly development of the district.
A brief history of the Andaman & NICO bar Islands can be had only from a British study of these islands took in 1777. The Andaman & NICO bar Islands stayed the abode of the negotiate plus the Mongoloids severally, who filled the Islands for centuries. These islands stayed secluded of the land until the finish of the 18th Century when individuals from the outside world first came. The history of these islands could be separated into four liberal periods of time the period of seclusion and piratical commotions

The first settlement by the British considered place in 1789, which was later abandoned in 1796
