THE Andhra Pradesh State Trading Corporation (APSTC) is convinced of reaching the objective of Rs 50 crore turnover throughout the current financial year, as it has taken up lots new systems, Mr K. Chandramouli, the Managing Director, has said. Last year (2002-2003), the corporation made a net benefit of Rs 1.1 crore on an entire turnover of Rs 32 crore.

The Andhra Pradesh State Trading Corporation (APSTC) is designing to prepare a state-of-the-art air cargo complex at the Hyderabad airport at a cost of Rs 3 crore.

Planned as a three-storeyed structure, the newly 30,000 sq ft breeze cargo complex is being designed to meet the quickly growing export and import actions at the airport besides the introduction of new flight services.
