Amrita will conduct Engineering Entrance Exam 2011for selection of students for the First year of B.Tech programs at the three campuses. Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam 2011 will be took in centers throughout India. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham invites applications for Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2011, for admission to B.Tech. Programmes being offered at its campuses in Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore, the following are the Programs offered

Age: Candidates must be born on or after 1st July 1990
Educational Qualification: A pass in the final examination of 10+2 (class XII) or its equivalent with a minimum 60% marks separately in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or , a three year diploma in engineering with minimum 60% marks awarded by any state board of technical education. Those appearing in the qualifying examination (XII or Diploma) in April/May 2011 and expecting to secure minimum marks as specified may also apply.

Application form can be got from any of the university counters of Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru or Coimbatore on cash payment or by demand draft favoring “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at coimbatore.
