Allahabad Bank is a contributing Listed Public Sector Bank has appointed Indian Citizens in 2010 for 990 Posts of Clerical Cadre (Clerk cum Cashier), in 2011 the Bank may open the vacancies for the same posts, (the numbers of the posts may be increased or decreased, all the rights will be reserved to the Bank) the related details are given below, Candidates are requested to Apply online only through Bank’s website, where full advertisement & fee payment challan are available. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years & Maximum 28 Years
Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary examination/10+2 of 10+2+3 pattern or its equivalent from a recognised Board or Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognised University.(Minimum 55% marks in aggregate for SC/ST/PC/Ex-Servicemen candidates and 60% marks in aggregate for OBC/General candidates)
Computer literacy: Candidate must have knowledge of operating computer systems in MS-DOS, MS windows, basic concepts of Networking and connectivity, MS office shall be an essential qualification, which a candidate must either possess or acquire within 6 months from the date of joining the Bank.
Hindi knowledge: Candidate must develop working knowledge of Hindi, if not had already, before completion of probationary period.
How to Apply:
Application fee must be paid in cash at any of the Allahabad Bank Branches. After payment, the candidate have collect the payment receipt; the details thence are to be mentioned in the application and the original receipt may be raised along with the call letter at the time of the written test.
Selection Procedure: The candidate will be selected on the basis of written test on followed by interview. All desirable candidates will be called for a written examination which will be both Objective and Descriptive in nature.
