AITA HISTORY
AITA at the helm of matters, unusual Provinces formed Provincial relations (today known as State Associations and were affiliated to parent organization). An Inter peasant Tournament was formed with impression from 1922. Punjab LTA led by Mohd. Saleem called the first champions. This yearly contest stayed till the eve of Second World fight (1939).
Rules OF AITA
The Court should be a square 78 feet (23.77 m.) long and 27 feet (8. 23 m.) wide. It shall be separated throughout the center by a net suspended from a cord or metal line of a maximum diameter of one-third of an inch (0.8 cm.), the finishes of which shall be connected to, or pass over, the tops of the two positions, which shall be not more than 6 inches (15 cm.) square or 6 inches (15 cm.) in diameter. These posts shall not be higher than 1 inch (2.5 cm.) over the top of the net cord. The centers of the post should be 3 feet (.914 m.) outside the Court on each side and the height of the posts should be such that the lead of the cord or metal line should be e 3 feet 6 inches (1.07 m.) over the ground.
