Ahmedabad Textile Industry’s Research Association ATIRA
Introduction
The Ahmedabad Textile Industry’s Research Association (commonly known as ATIRA) is a self-reliant no commercialized affiliation for textile research located in Ahmedabad, India. It is the largest connection for textile research & allied industries in India An Industrial Research Institute for Textiles founded in 1949 to help the Indian Textile and Allied Industries, particularly ATIRA’S Membership Organizations to become internationally aggressive.
ATIRA is a sovereign non-profit association for textile research. It is the largest of its kind in India for textile and allied industries. ATIRA campus is covered by other major educational institutions. ATIRA membership is voluntary. From one hundred one organizations distributed all over India and abroad, 64 are Ginning, Spinning, Weaving, Process Houses and Composite Textile Units and 37 are manufacturers of fibres, dyes, chemicals, instruments, equipments and machinery.

and automobile with emphasis on Industry/user collaboration/sponsorship as far as
